Efforts to support HFHOC

Peggy Jenkins' J-term Ethics class at Hartwick College is doing a media blitz for HFHOC. They're making posters, re-designing the HFHOC brochure, contacting radio stations and newspapers, AND tomorrow (Wednesday, February 1st), between about 9:30 and 11:30 AM, they will be painting "The Wall" at Hartwick with our logo, etc. In addition to doing all this, they have raised the money to pay for the paint, etc. They contacted Office Max, which is donating duplication services for the posters and brochures.

This is an incredibly wonderful way for the class to "give back" to the community - Peggy Jenkins feels that part of Ethics is giving back. We thank her and all the students for their hard work and enthusiasm!

Habitat Otsego will be
moving to new offices in early 2012.

Board Meetings
Open to public First Tuesday of each month;Board meetings are usually 7:00 pm at the Elm Park Methodist Church (401 Chestnut St. in Oneonta). The public is welcome. Walk through the open kitchen area and through the doorway in the back left side. Turn right into the hallway, the room is just up that hallway on the left - you'll hear us. Fund Raising Committee:
